WHY THE FUSS ABOUT HEALTHY EATING?

You often wonder why you should eat healthy at your age. Why are your parents nagging you non stop ------ What's wrong with burgers, fries, and soda? Why can’t you just live your life as you wish?

The fact is that poor eating habits in the young age definitely set the stage for health problems in the adult life. The latest research suggests that heart disease can start as early as childhood although the symptoms may not be obvious until you get older. But if you're eating a lot of unhealthy fats (like in those burgers and fries), those fats could be starting to clog your arteries right now.

Besides heart disease, unhealthy eating can lead to diseases, later in life , like:

  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Stroke
  • Some cancers
  • Osteoporosis

It's never too early to start eating healthy !
